Definitions:

Participant: An individual or representative scheduled to attend the Training. Customer: The person or firm who purchases the Training from Acculearn Ltd.

A – Acceptance of Registration Requests and Invoicing:

Acculearn Ltd reserves the right to not accept a registration request. If a registration request is made through the Acculearn Ltd website, you will receive a tentative confirmation file for download or via email. All registration requests are subject to availability. A registration request is considered accepted only when you receive an invoice for the registration request.

B – Tentative Registrations (TRC or MTR Tentative Registrations Documents):

The full course fee must be paid and credited to Acculearn Ltd’s bank account before or on the expiration date specified in the invoice of the tentative registration document. The course payment receipt or bank transfer course payment document must be sent before or on the expiration date specified in the invoice of the tentative registration document. Acculearn Ltd has the right to refuse entry to the course or cancel the tentative registration at any time if the course fee is not paid and credited to their bank account, or if the payment receipt is not received before or on the expiration date specified in the invoice of the tentative registration document. In the event of cancellation, Acculearn Ltd shall not be liable for any other loss or expense arising, and there will be no refund if the course fees have been paid. In the event of cancellation, Acculearn Ltd may offer the participant the option to attend the same course title online (virtually) for which they are registered.

C – Course Fee and Payment:

The full course fee must be paid before the date of the course, as specified in the invoice. Acculearn Ltd has the right to refuse entry to the course or cancel the registration at any time if the course fee is not paid before the date of the course, as specified in the invoice. In the event of cancellation, Acculearn Ltd will not be liable for any other loss or expense arising. The price does not include travel, accommodation, meals, or other related expenses unless explicitly stated.

D – Cancellations & Transfers:

The participant must inform Acculearn Ltd of a cancellation in writing. If a participant does not provide written cancellation notice before the date of the course, the full course fee will be payable. If a participant cancels a booking 14 calendar days or more before the course date, 0.00% of the course fee will still be payable. If a participant cancels a booking less than 13 calendar days before the course date, 100% of the course fee will be payable. If a participant can no longer attend a course date, they can nominate another person to attend the same course date in their place, but Acculearn Ltd must be notified at least three days prior to the course start date. If a participant can no longer attend, they can be transferred to another course at no extra cost if they notify Acculearn Ltd 10 calendar days or more before the course date. The new course must have the same previous course fees. If a participant can no longer attend and they notify Acculearn Ltd less than 10 calendar days before the course date, 100% of the course fee will be payable. Acculearn Ltd has the right to cancel a course registration after accepting nominations at any time. In this event, Acculearn Ltd will fully reimburse any course fees paid, and their liability will be limited to the value of the course fees paid.

E – Refund Policy:

For all courses canceled up to 14 days before the course start date, a full refund of the course fee will be provided. For courses canceled less than 13 days before the course start date, 100% of the fee still applies, and no refund will be given. No show on the date of the course: 100% of the fee still applies (no refund will be given).
